At Fenix Group, we believe you can turn back the time, and all that has been forgotten can regain its former splendour.
The house of Julian Rozycki, the famous pharmacist and social activist, was built in 1926. Designed in Art Deco style, it is an excellent combination of craftsmanship and functionality. After nearly a hundred years, the original covings and cornices were recreated, along with the light grey façade. Each element was meticulously renovated, using modern building techniques. The building is equipped with lifts and air conditioning.
Style, architecture and extraordinary surroundings are the main advantages of this place. Within the distance of just a few hundred metres there are riverside boulevards, parks, museums and theatres, schools and nursery schools, as well as sports centres. The buildings of Polish parliament, a prestigious high school and the Polish Radio headquarters are all nearby.
Residents can enjoy long walks around the neighbourhood. Sports fans have cycle and jogging paths waiting for them nearby.
