Wilcza street dates back to the 19th century, when the city centre was undergoing rapid development. To this day it is regarded as one of the most picturesque streets in the centre of Warsaw.

ABOUT INVESTMENT

The apartment house at Wilcza 14B is situated  between Mokotowska and Krucza streets, where nearly all the buildings survived the war, which gives a sense of what the life was like in the pre-war, elegant streets of Warsaw. The house stands in a quiet annex, while a green courtyard is located in the front part.       

The house was built in modernist style, the architectural details were limited to ornamental features around windows and cornices. Balcony railings, characteristic of this style, using mainly geometric forms, also survive to this day.
